On 6 October 2023, 1.30 pm to 7.00 pm, this year's "9th Saarbrücken Building Law Conference" will take place, as every year, in the conference rooms in the Haus der Ärzte (1st floor), Faktoreistr. 4, 66111 Saarbrücken.
As every year, all lawyers and judges, architects and engineers working in the field of civil construction law, but also employees of companies in the construction industry and representatives of (public) clients are cordially invited to the event organised by our partner Dr. Sascha Schleich together with Thomas Weiten, a judge at the Saarland Higher Regional Court.
Four topics have been selected from the suggestions that the organisers have received from previous participants, each of which will be discussed in an introductory presentation followed by a discussion among the participants.
In line with the aim of the event, the discussion will take up the greater part of the time.
